Aromatherapy Consultation
Your Cocoro Aromatherapy journey begins with a full consultation about your medical history, general health and lifestyle. The consultation takes into account your physical and mental well-being, stress levels and environment. This information will enable your therapist to select essential oils appropriate to your individual needs.
Healing Aromatherapy oil will be custom blended to provide a highly targeted and bespoke treatment.
Essential oils which is highly concentrated plants extract for mental and physical well-being. Essential oils can be diffused inhaled, applied in a cream and through a carrier oil in a massage.
The consultation is part of your treatment experience, however we do offer a remote consultation for those who prefer to reduce face-to-face time.
Bespoke essential oil blend
At Cocoro, we offer very unique services to individual clients to offer you to make your own essential oil blend. This experience brings you new ways to enjoy essential oils and it will be your very own. They will be provided in a 5ml glass bottle as a pure essential oil blend. If you wish, you have option to choose to enjoy your own aroma in different products with extra cost: an aroma stick inhaler is a very easy option to take with you, an aroma roll-on is also a nice way to keep close to you. If you prefer to soak yourself in the aroma, the massage oil might be for you. Just choose the unscented option with your bespoke blend so the therapist will make it for you. Discover the art of aroma and enjoy!

Indian Head Massage
It has been practiced in India for thousands of years.
I work on scalp, face, neck and upper shoulder areas of the body and is highly effective at releasing the symptoms of tension, headaches, insomnia and improving the condition of the hair.
This massage will be given in seated position.
For home visit treatment, please note that we will ask to use a chair and dining table.

5ml Bespoke blend of essential oils with consultation

A professional aromatherapist will help guide you to create your own bespoke blend of essential oils totally unique to you. In this way, you can get the most benefit from nature's precious gift - essential oils to suit your need and mood. You can use this for your choice of diffuser if you have one at home or choose another option to use them as products at extra cost.
5ml of pure essential oil of your blend in a glass bottle. If you use it in a diffuser daily using 2 drops, it approximately lasts around 1.5 month. This could be a fun addition to a party or gathering.
Please note that essential oil are very highly concentrated products and you should not use them directly on your skin, but they need to diluted. Guide amount for body use : 6 drops essential oils and face : 3 drops for a tbs of base products such as vegetable oils or moisturiser.
Do not use undilluted on the skin. Keep away from children. Avoid eye area. External use only.
Massage oil with Sunflower & Avocado 100ml unscented

This blended oil is ideal for daily body massages. Golden Sunflower oil which resembles natural skin oil called sebum, which is very beneficial in skin care and flows easily on your skin beautifully while Avocado oil help to promote cell regeneration and is very good for dry, fragile and damaged skin (like sunburns). Avocado oil has a unique feature in which it containins vitamin D, which is beneficial for people living in areas of less sunlight.
For the unscented option, you can add your favorite essential oils if you wish to make your pampering time more enjoyable. Please ask about how much of the essential oils to add.

Aroma stick inhaler

These Aroma stick inhalers are a very powerful and easy way to receive the benefit of essential oils. Add this to your bespoke blended oils and recieve it with your own scent! It's a wonderful way to share your scent among with your family or friends, simply add the number you wish to share so that your loved ones can benefit from it as well. Scents usually last for a long time but it also depends on the type of oils.
Please note that I try my best but not always be able to provide your choice of colour.

Aroma roll on 10 ml bottle

Handy sized Aroma roll on to take with you. Apply this roll on your pulse point as often as necessary and enjoy relaxing scent. Made with 100% organic vegetable and essential oils.
You can add your bespoke blend to it to make it truly unique to you.
10ml blended oil in a rollette glass bottle for easy application.

Monoi (Fragranced)
£10.00 for 20ml jar
Maceration of Tahitian Gardenia flowers in coconut oil with added fragrance. It has been used for centuries by Tahitians to protect their skin and hair in tropical condition. It is deeply hydrating for the skin and feels very smooth. Monoi oil can also help nourish the scalp and hair and has a very smooth texture.
Please note coconut oil turn liquid in warm room temperature. Recommended to be kept in the fridge to keep solid.
Provided in 20ml in a clear class jar.
Apply onto your skin and hair in small amounts for general moisturizer. If you prefer, it can be used as pre-shampoo treatment so you don't feel greasy afterwards.
Monoi is generally safe to use. However, it's perfumed so it's always recomended to do a patch test before you apply onto large area of your skin specially for sensitive skin.
Home visit
Home visit treatment delivery is available with in 4miles from Kensal Rise station with extra of transport cost for minimum of 60 minute treatments and bespoke blend session. Due to the large size of the massage couch, some place is not suitable for this service. Please check with therapist for details.
